Cash in Minutes is growing, and we’re looking for a collector to manage the day-to-day loan operations in our South Jordan, UT office. As a key member of our office, you will play a critical role in finding new customers and managing all communication and transactions with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying customers: Find customers with outstanding debts.
• Maintaining records: Keep detailed notes and records of all communications and actions, including payment arrangements and promises to pay.
• Processing payments: Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Handling customer inquiries: Answer all customer queries and assist them.
• Contacting debtors: Use various communication channels, including phone, email, and mail, to reach out to customers.
• Process loan applications: Make sure that the borrowers meet our criteria and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English y Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with the relevant software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer interactions.
• Strong ability to negotiate repayment terms and handle disputes.
• High level of accuracy in recording and managing information.
